I’m just going to say it - our society’s approach to wellness is outdated. When we’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or unhappy, we’ve been taught to turn to someone or something else to help us feel better. A cup of hot chocolate, a friend you can talk to, a movie you can watch on the couch, or even a yoga class or two. While I fully support reaching out for help when needed (thank you therapists and life coaches!), rarely, if ever, have we been taught that we can turn to someone else who can fix the problem–ourselves. I’m here to show you how you can create a life you love from the inside out, where you can take care of yourself whenever and wherever you need to, no matter what amount of time you have. Because the key to long-term wellness is creating a better relationship with yourself. And only you have the power to do that, friend.
